Meet the Founder

Reginald Parker
Founder & President, REframED Foundation

REframED Foundation did not begin as an idea for a new program.

It began as a response to a pattern.
Students were capable, but the environment around them was not designed for them to succeed consistently.

After more than 15 years serving in both military and educational settings, one truth became clear: systems either elevate people or quietly limit them. Schools are no different.

I studied instructional design, educational technology, leadership, and human development. I earned my MBA and became a certified educator. But the most important work happened in classrooms, working directly with students and families who needed school to function differently.

REframED was created to design environments where clarity, structure, and belief work together.

The Work

Our flagship program, REframED Learning Academy, serves students in grades 3 through 5 through structured, personalized instruction that builds mastery and confidence.

We intentionally begin small.
One cohort. Ten students. Deep impact before scale.

The goal is not to replace teachers with technology.
The goal is to use technology to strengthen teaching and give students more precise support.

What We Believe

Access should not determine excellence

Innovation should not be reserved for the privileged

Technology should support relationships, not replace them

Every child deserves to be known as capable

Why This Matters

I have watched students grow when given structure and trust at the same time.
I have seen families searching for a dependable learning option.
I have seen educators wanting room to teach with intention.

REframED exists to create that space.

We are not reacting against education.
We are carefully redesigning a portion of it so more students can succeed.

We are just getting started.
